Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, treat, and support patients. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, reviewing medical history, and setting measurable goals to maximize functional communication abilities.

Supervisory duties include CFYs and interns in clinical care. Candidate must hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, have CF completion with supervision, and possess a current state license.

Qualifications

• CCC certification with ASHA-CCC status required.
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) completed under supervision.
• Current state license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication skills with patients and families.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using standard tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses, history, precautions.
• Establishes goals and develops a treatment plan toward independence.
• Supervises CFYs, interns, and rehab techs in patient care.
