Job summary

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our care team in Washington. Compensation is $49-$55/hour (DOE) with a team-focused, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in healthcare data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff on progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulations.
• Educate residents and families on goals and home exercises.
