You will assess, diagnose, and treat cognitive-communication, swallowing, memory, and communication disorders under supervision, with progression toward independent practice.

You must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed or credentialed as required in the state.

• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluation of cognitive-communication, speech, and swallowing disorders.
• Implements evidence-based treatment plans and documents progress.
• Collaborates with rehab team to tailor therapies per patient needs.
• Develops goals and modifies plans as licensure progresses.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to care standards.
