Job summary
Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology-Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidate to join our team. You will be mentored by a licensed ASHA-certified SLP while completing 36 weeks of fellowship as required for full-time employment.
The role supports provisional licensure and CMS standards during the fellowship. You will participate in comprehensive patient care, collaborate with the rehab team, and contribute to a robust clinical program including optional CEUs and
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders or similarly titled area.
- Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Complete Clinical Fellowship under supervision by a licensed ASHA-certified SLP.
- Fulfill state licensure requirements and CMS guidelines during provisional licensure.
- Communicate fellowship/licensure status to supervisor and Rehab Director.
- Contribute to patient care, care conferences, and related meetings.
- Assess and treat patients in areas such as cognitive-communication, swallowing, memory, and functional communication.
