Ampersand Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants for full-time, school-based roles in Aurora, CO. You will support K–12 students with articulation, language, and fluency goals under a licensed SLP, participating in team meetings and maintaining documentation.

Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility is required; licensure reimbursements and benefits apply. Competitive pay up to $45/hour with a steady school-year schedule and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under supervision of an SLPS.
• Support K–12 students with articulation, language, fluency and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and collect data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and school teams; prepare therapy materials.
• Maintain compliance with school documentation requirements.
