Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions in Pueblo, CO to support K–12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP. • Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility.
• Colorado CDE authorization preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's in SLPA program or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy under supervision of an SLP.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements.

About the Role

Hello, SLPAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting.
