Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions in Greeley, CO. You’ll support K–12 students by delivering speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, helping to strengthen communication in the classroom.

Roles offer part-time or full-time opportunities, competitive pay up to $45/hour, W-2 employment with benefits, licensure reimbursement, and supportive mentorship from experienced SLPs to grow in a collaborative school

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility.
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in SLPA program or related field.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements.
