Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy for SNF patients. ASHA credentialing required or CFY eligible; MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology with valid state licensure is required.

New grads welcome to apply and CPR certification is expected. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary collaboration, patient-focused goal setting, charting, and adherence to Life Care standards.

Formación

• MS/MA in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA CCCs or eligible for CFY to earn CCCs
• Active state licensure in good standing

Responsabilidades

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate
• Liaises with patients, families, support departments, etc., to plan for patient needs
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and independent decision-making
• Chart appropriately and timely; use therapy software accurately
• Communicate on an interdisciplinary team; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
