US Foods in Plainfield, IL seeks a Coordinator, Slotting to support an efficient warehouse by assigning products to pick and reserve slots and performing clerical and slotting duties.

The role relocates to Plainfield, IL by mid 2027 with a Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM schedule. Base pay ranges from $19 to $30 per hour with overtime eligibility and a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, disability coverage and an employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse administrative or clerical position.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong math, analytical and organizational skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration within the department.

Responsibilities

• Slot products in all warehouse areas using Manhattan software.
• Perform slotting moves to increase productivity and cases per pallet.
• Respond to Slot Check inquiries about item placement.
• Support Inventory Control to research and reconcile damaged products.
• Support daily replenishment priorities to reduce spoilage.
• Conduct aisle audits, rack labels, TI/HI, and pallet put-aways.
• Communicate daily with warehouse leadership about status and safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
