Job summary

The Fond du Lac Reservation is seeking a full-time Slot Technician to maintain and service casino slot machines and ATMs onsite at Black Bear Casino Resort. You will install and test new machines, ensure bill acceptors work, and collaborate with floor staff to manage machine moves.

Strict adherence to training and compliance is required. Ideal candidates have gaming experience and basic IT skills, with the ability to work independently in a smoking environment.

Qualifications

• A year of gaming experience is desired.
• Knowledge or experience in electrical, mechanical, or slot machine-related fields is desired.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining, fixing, cleaning, and ensuring all games and ATMs operate properly.
• Set up new slot machines and verify settings are correctly installed.
• Bill tests on new machines to ensure bill accepters work before guests use them.
• Work as a team when slot machines are pulled or placed on the floor.
• Respond promptly to requests, complaints, and problems in a professional manner.
• Represent Fond du Lac Band and conduct work with courtesy and respect.
