Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise Slot Technicians and lead day-to-day operations.
• Evaluate team members and provide feedback on performance.
• Ensure slot machine maintenance, moves, conversions, and repairs comply with regulations.
• Oversee electronic gaming device activities with Slot Technical Assistant Managers.
• Train and develop Technical Team Members and lead special projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-floor repairs of slot machines.
• Assist guests with questions or complaints about slot machines and resolve issues.
• Adhere to uniform, appearance, attendance, and safety policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide daily shift feedback.
