Job summary

Boomtown Casino Biloxi is seeking a seasoned Slot Technical Manager to oversee maintenance, systems, and performance of all slot machines and related technologies on the floor. You will lead a team, manage budgets, plan installations and upgrades, and coordinate with IT, compliance, and vendors to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree and five years of slot analytic/management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Oversee management and oversight of all aspects of Slot Technical Department, including maintenance, systems, equipment and hardware.
Supervise and manage staff in the Slot Tech department; develop and monitor performance and profit objectives.
Plan and execute gaming floor projects, new game installations, expansions, relocations, and capital improvements.
Maintain inventories, par levels, and asset accountability; ensure regulatory and internal controls.
Coordinate with IT, Compliance, Surveillance and vendors to troubleshoot gaming tech issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university

Five years of comparable slot analytic/management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
