Job summary

Terrible's Gaming is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair slot machines and related gaming equipment across its Las Vegas route. You will perform inspections, service calls, and installations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently and with a team, and willingness to travel. Nevada gaming regulations and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience preferred; cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License with a clean DMV record; ability to obtain Gaming Registration.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and related equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and service CVTs, safes, PT systems, progressive systems, ATMs, and other gaming equipment.
• Install, terminate, test, and maintain Cat5e, Cat6a, and fiber-optic cabling.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service calls as assigned.
• Accurately document installations, repairs, conversions, service activities, and cash transactions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers and team members.
• Educate customers on JETT Gaming equipment, systems, and procedures.
• Operate a company vehicle safely on the assigned slot route.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and gaming regulations.
