Job summary

Talking Stick Resort is seeking a Slot Manager to oversee day-to-day slot operations on assigned shifts. You will supervise the slot team, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to all policies and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor staff and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest service. The role requires five years of casino slot experience, at least three years in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge of slot management systems.

Qualifications

• Five years of casino slot gaming experience.
• Three years in a supervisory or manager role.
• Working knowledge of casino management systems and related software.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive guest relations and greet guests.
• Monitor slot floor operations and adjust staffing as needed.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Enforce policies and maintain compliance with CRA/ADOG regulations.
• Hire, train, and mentor slot staff to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain high service standards.
