Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily slot floor operations to ensure uptime and performance
• Analyze slot performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Develop and execute slot marketing and promotional initiatives
• Manage slot mix, including new game selection, conversions, and removals
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop slot department team members
• Set clear performance expectations and uphold service and operational standards
• Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and guest-first service
• Maintain compliance and store accurate records related to jackpots, fills, credits, and machine audits
