Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Slot Marketing Representative at National Harbor, MD. You will assist guests at the Players Club, enroll new guests in the loyalty program, and provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma or GED, with prior face-to-face guest service experience preferred. The schedule includes swing shifts in the evening, offering a dynamic team setting and growth opportunities within MGM

Responsibilities

• Assist players with all requests in a professional and timely manner; answer questions and address problems
• Explain the loyalty program in detail and redeems guests’ points for express comps
• Evaluate members’ status and issue complimentary amenities based on established Company guidelines
• Utilize all aspects of the Player Tracking System; input player information into the database system and issue loyalty program cards
• Protect the confidentiality of all company files and document under immediate control
• Communicate new ideas to upper management in order to improve productivity
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority and otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE JOB:

As a Slot Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests at the Players Club desk or other assigned area with all aspects of their account and to enroll new guests in the loyalty program while providing excellent guest service.

THE SCHEDULE:

• Swing shift schedule with schedule times that fall between 3:30pm to 12:15am and/or 5:30pm to 2:15am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist players with all requests in a professional and timely manner; answer questions and address problems
• Explain the loyalty program in detail and redeems guests’ points for express comps
• Evaluate members’ status and issue complimentary amenities based on established Company guidelines
• Utilize all aspects of the Player Tracking System; input player information into the database system and issue loyalty program cards

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$19.10

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
