Gila River Resorts & Casinos is seeking a technician to repair and maintain slot machines and related equipment, ensuring timely service and adherence to the GILA WAY. The role involves guest interaction, floor checks, and coordinating with regulators.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in slot machine or electronics maintenance.Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in slot machine or electronic maintenance/telecommunication/computer required.
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Follows up on technician assignments and progress.
• Walks floor, checking slot machine conditions and completes repairs.
• Ensure timely response to service calls.
• Works with TGO and state to perform machine inspections.
• Ensures the timely and efficient repair and/or maintenance on slot machines.
• Ensures excellent guest service by assisting with and resolving machine related guest complaints and game disputes.
