Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Slot Technician I to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines, Class II bingo devices, and VLTs. You will support gaming device integrity and guest experience while complying with controls and regulations.

You will troubleshoot electronics and mechanics, operate diagnostic tools, perform routine maintenance, and assist with machine setups on the casino floor. Prior electronics repair experience is preferred; casino background is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Technical training in electronics or IT preferred.
Certifications from slot machine manufacturers are a plus.
1–2 years electronics repair or slot maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on gaming equipment.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve malfunctions.
Perform preventive maintenance on gaming devices and signage.
Assist with installation and relocation of gaming machines.
Maintain repair logs and parts usage.
Follow internal controls and security procedures.
