Job summary

Gila River Resorts & Casinos seeks a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain slot machines and related equipment at our Chandler property. You will ensure timely repairs, oversee technician assignments, and uphold the GILA WAY of guest service.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with slot machines or electronics, basic computer skills, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in slot machine or electronic maintenance/telecommunication/computer required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
• Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate guests.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Follows up on technician assignments and progress.
• Walks floor, checking slot machine condition and assigning technicians to complete repairs.
• Ensure timely response of technicians to service calls.
• Works with TGO and state to perform machine inspections.
• Ensures timely and efficient repair and/or maintenance on slot machines.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
