Job summary

Cottonwood Gaming Enterprise LLC in New Mexico is seeking a Slot Host to greet guests, contribute to a positive and fun gaming experience, and support guests with machine functions and payouts.

Under supervision of the Slot Lead, you will observe activity, assist players, and ensure promotions are communicated while maintaining a clean and welcoming casino floor. Must be 21+ and able to obtain a Pueblo of Tesuque Gaming License.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Tesuque Gaming License.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bi-cultural experience preferred.
One-year casino experience preferred.
Must be 21 years old.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and create a positive, fun gaming experience.
Observe activity within assigned area and assist slot and video gaming device players; provide instruction on machine functions and payouts.
Identify jackpots and process them promptly with high level of service.
Recognize and prevent potential cheating methods while monitoring assigned section.
Handle routine guest complaints and escalate as needed to supervisory staff.
Be aware of casino promotions and relay them to players in the area.
Keep assigned sections clean and organized for casino guests.
Adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.
