Job summary

Apache Casino Hotel seeks an experienced Slot Floor Supervisor to lead a dynamic team on the casino floor. You will supervise Slot Supervisors, ensure accurate cash handling and jackpot payouts, and train staff to uphold brand standards and regulatory requirements.

You will drive exceptional guest service, resolve complaints, monitor attendance, and enforce Eye-Hi-Goodbye and other programs while collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with gaming regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation; able to work with peers, staff, and regulatory personnel.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office; knowledge of gaming tech systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee slot floor during shift; supervise Slot Supervisors and Slot Floor Workers.
• Manage cash control, jackpot payouts, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Ensure training and accountability for slot floor staff; enforce appearance and program compliance (Eye-Hi-Goodbye).
• Set workload, inspect work for accuracy, and maintain policy adherence.
• Promote guest relations, resolve complaints, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor attendance, discipline as needed, and maintain teamwork and morale.
• Represent department in communications and implement procedures in crisis or routine situations.
