Job summary

Century Casinos Inc. is seeking a Slot Attendant in Missouri to provide premier guest service on the casino floor. You will monitor slot machines, guest activity, and ensure machines are operable and identified for repair as needed.

The role emphasizes resolving guest concerns, handling jackpots, and adhering to gaming laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years casino/slot experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Missouri Gaming License.
• Must complete all required company training.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and team members to positively influence guest and team member experience.
• Troubleshoot basic slot machine functions.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve minor disputes.
• Verify and pay jackpots and complete related paperwork.
• Know alcohol limitations and company policy regarding limitations.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
