Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifying change bank impress totals, preparing paperwork, closing and opening banks.
• Knowing slot machine code errors.
• Maintain a constant presence on the casino floor to assist guests with how to play and read the machines.
• Complete sign in/out sheets for radios/keys.
• Follow proper procedures for radio usage.

SUMMARY

Responsible for accurate payout of slot machine jackpots and all paperwork for those transactions. Responsible for ensuring a timely response to customer’s needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately paying out all slot machine jackpots and completing all paperwork.
• Servicing minor slot machine malfunctions.
• Able to perform basic preventative machine maintenance.
• Verifying change bank impress totals, preparing paperwork, closing and opening banks.
• Knowing slot machine code errors.
• Maintain a constant presence throughout the casino floor in order to assist guests on how to play and read the machines
• Complete necessary sign in and out sheets for radios/keys.
• Understand and follow proper procedures for radio usage.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
