Responsibilities

• Provide First-Response Guest Service: Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and provide department information.
• Promote Property Offerings: Share information about the Casino & Hotel, events, loyalty program, and entertainment offerings.
• Complete Slot Transactions Accurately: Process slot transactions with friendly, efficient service while ensuring accuracy.
• Process Jackpots & Hand-Pays: Pay and document jackpots and hand-pays per procedures.
• Fill & Service Slot Machines: Perform fills and routine servicing to support operations.
• Support Change & Guest Requests: Help guests with change and other service needs promptly.
• Complete Required Logs & Documentation: Maintain daily slot logs and required paperwork accurately.
• Perform Other Assigned Duties: Take on additional tasks to support department operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide First-Response Guest Service: Greet guests, respond to initial inquiries, and provide accurate information about the department and other property services.
• Promote Property Offerings: Share information about the Casino & Hotel, events, loyalty program, and entertainment offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Complete Slot Transactions Accurately: Process slot transactions with friendly, efficient service while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Process Jackpots & Hand-Pays: Pay and document jackpots and hand-pays with precision, following all required procedures.
• Fill & Service Slot Machines: Perform fills and routine servicing of slot machines to support uninterrupted operations.
• Support Change & Guest Requests: Support guests with change requests and other service-related needs in a timely manner.
• Complete Required Logs & Documentation: Complete daily slot logs and all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform Other Assigned Duties: Complete additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental operations.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Six (6) months experience handling multiple cash transactions on a daily basis.
• Six (6) months of guest service experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Math Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to perform accurate calculations and apply basic math skills in daily tasks.
• Computer Skills: Proven computer proficiency and ability to learn and use required systems and applications.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position
