Job summary

Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, seeks a Slitter Supervisor in Raleigh, NC. The role leads the Slitter department on a 7pm–7am night shift, ensuring safe, efficient production and adherence to customer specs.

You will coach a production team, manage schedules, monitor quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the line while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 4+ years of manufacturing, printing, converting, or production experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Experience in Slitter operations or related finishing/manufacturing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Slitter production activities and department performance.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop production team members.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate staffing, training, workflow priorities, and resource allocation.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, waste, and operational performance.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production reports and communicate operational updates to leadership.
• Support preventative maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Shipping, Inventory, Facilities, IT, and Production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, SOPs, and ISO requirements.

Slitter Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Slitter Supervisor to join our team. If you’re passionate about manufacturing leadership, team development, production operations, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make an impact at one of the world's leading trading card manufacturers.

Schedule: Full-Time | 7pm-7am (Night Shift), 2,2,3,2 rotation

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Summary

The Slitter Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operations within the Slitter department while ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications and quality standards. This hands‑on leadership role provides direct supervision, coaching, and operational support to production employees while partnering with management and cross‑functional teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, cost, and delivery goals.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of manufacturing, printing, converting, or production experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Experience in Slitter operations or related finishing/manufacturing processes preferred.
• Printing industry experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing, ISO, OSHA, 5S, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
