The Cayre Group, NYC-based, seeks a Production Coordinator to support our Ladies/Kids Sleepwear team in New York City. This hands-on role requires 2-4 years of apparel production experience and the ability to manage multiple styles, vendors, and deadlines.

The role involves overseeing WIP and Time & Action calendars, tracking POs, communicating with overseas factories, and coordinating labeling and compliance. Onsite, full-time, with a salary around $75,000 based on experience.

Formación

• 2-4 years of apparel production experience.
• Ladies, Kids or Sleepwear experience preferred.
• Experience working with overseas vendors/factories.
• Strong knowledge of WIP and T&A calendars.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Walmart experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating with multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update WIP reports and Time & Action calendars.
• Track purchase orders, production status, ex-factory dates and deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with overseas vendors and factories.
• Follow up on development, fit, PP and TOP samples.
• Track sample approvals, fabric, trims, color, artwork and packaging.
• Coordinate labeling, testing and compliance requirements.
• Monitor production timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
• Work closely with Production, Sourcing, Design and Compliance teams.
• Assist with day-to-day production needs and special projects as required.
