Dreamwear, a leading wholesale intimate apparel company, is seeking a Product Development Assistant for its Sleepwear division in New York. You will support the lifecycle of product development from concept to production, coordinating with Design and overseas factories to keep samples and milestones moving forward.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and the ability to juggle multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in apparel/product development or related fields.
• Strong interest in sleepwear, intimates, fabrics, and garment construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers regarding development, approvals, and production status.
• Assist with development and execution of sleepwear styles from concept through production.
• Prepare purchase orders for overseas factories and track status for timely execution.
• Maintain time-and-action calendars and production tracking charts.
• Coordinate fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and construction details across teams.
• Enter and maintain product information in the production management system.
