Job summary

Lynn University welcomes Camp Counselors to Pine Tree Camps in Boca Raton, FL for a 9-week summer program. You will supervise groups of children aged 5–14, lead activities, and ensure safety and engagement throughout the day.

Day and night shifts include supervising campers, facilitating games, and helping maintain routine. Must be 21+, with at least one year of college and a commitment to the full training period.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
• Completed 1 year of college.
• Experience caring for children.
• Available for all 9 weeks of camp plus a week of training; 5/24/27 – 7/30/27.
• Work from 7:30 a.m. Monday through 6:00 p.m. Friday, weekends off.
• Room and Board provided.

Responsibilities

• Daytime duties include supervising a group of 16 children and leading activities.
• Instructors - rotate through activities with groups of campers 5–14.
• Nighttime: supervise and participate in evening activities and ensure campers are settled.
• Resolve conflicts and help campers feel part of the group.
