Job summary

Pine Tree Camps at Lynn University, an American Camp Association accredited program, seeks a responsible camp professional to supervise campers and counselors on the Boca Raton campus. The role includes planning large group activities, mentoring staff, and coordinating day-to-night program transitions.

Ideal candidates are college graduates with at least one year of camp experience, available for all 9 weeks plus training, and able to provide room and board accommodations during the season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• College graduate.
• At least 1 year camp experience.
• Available for all 9 weeks of camp plus training; 5/20/2026 – 7/31/27; Room and Board provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise campers and counselors.
• Plan and lead large group activities.
• Ensure everyone feels part of the group.
• Handle discipline situations in the division.
• Resolve conflicts.
• Attend daily leadership meetings.
• Mentor counselors in the division.
• Liaison between day and overnight camp.
• Plan and supervise trips.
