Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative for our Murray, KY location. This role handles CPAP resupply inquiries, inputs patient data into the e-Intake system, and provides basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance guidance.

Office hours Mon-Fri, with work-from-home opportunity after local training and meeting expectations. Starting pay is $15.50/hour with a monthly bonus program potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with medical equipment is preferred.
• One year of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns.
• Collect patient data and input into e-Intake system.
• Verify products and services and ensure accurate patient information.
