Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Washington, DC seeks a field-based Therapy Development & Provider Education Specialist to educate providers and drive territory growth through structured education and engagement. You will partner with Regional and Territory Managers to expand adoption of Inspire therapy.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong communication and presentation skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharma/healthcare/medical device sales experience.
• Alternative: 4 years pharma/healthcare sales or 2 years with Inspire therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers to grow referrals and territory awareness.
• Develop confidence through provider education of PCPs, internal medicine, cardiology and other providers.
• Support approved referral pathway education and awareness initiatives for OSA care pathway.
• Coordinate monthly community education programs and events.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers on physician engagement and education.
• Document customer engagements accurately in CRM.
• Create new physician profiles in CRM.
