Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of administrative and clinical experience in an office/medical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Bookings calendar and coordinate patient scheduling.
• Conduct follow-up calls to patients about equipment use and clinical benefits of PAP therapy.
• Coordinate equipment setups and explain clinical benefits and risks to patients.
• Liaise with physicians and health care practitioners involved in patient care.
• Maintain clinical records, charting, and equipment documentation.
• Ensure demographic information is updated and accurate.
