Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, technical, and administrative functions for the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Install and deliver respiratory therapy equipment and manage supplies for home patients.
• Maintain patient records, charts, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and other clinicians involved in home respiratory care.
• Ensure equipment safety, preventive maintenance, and on-call coverage.
• Lead staff training and orientation for respiratory therapist personnel.
• Assist with billing/documentation and third-party payer guidelines.
• Promote services to referral sources and collaborate with team members.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain inventory.
