VieMed (Sleep Management, LLC) invites a passionate professional to oversee the Home Respiratory Therapist program at the Memphis location. You will lead clinical, technical and administrative duties, ensure safe operation of equipment, and coordinate care with physicians and other providers.

You will manage records, inventory, scheduling, and on-call coverage, while promoting quality patient care, compliance, and cost containment. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifikationen

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.

Aufgaben

• Install/deliver respiratory equipment and provide supplies to patients in their homes.
• Maintain patient and equipment records, charts, and documentation.
• Coordinate clinical contact with physicians and other providers.
• Oversee inventory and asset management for Sleep Management/VieMed assets.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Provide orientation and training to staff; support billing/documentation workflows.
• Promote services to referral sources and ensure safe operation of equipment.
