Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a Sleep Technologist Trainee for night shifts, working under supervision to perform and score sleep studies. Initial day/afternoon training will precede night rotations; travel is not required.

The role includes equipment setup, patient education, and data scoring per AASM and CMS guidelines. Requirements include current MVCC Sleep Technology status or STAR/ASTEP/CAAHEP/CPSGT certification with progress toward credentialing.

Qualifications

• Sleep technology basics and charting essential.
• Familiarity with AASM/MIC policy is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Score adult and pediatric in-lab sleep studies under supervision.
• Set up, calibrate monitoring equipment and document results.
• Educate patients on mask interface and PAP therapy.
• Score and tabulate sleep reports following guidelines.
• Manage equipment and supplies and assist in infection control.
