Job summary

Endeavor Health System in Bannockburn, IL, is seeking a Sleep Technologist to perform polysomnograms, CPAP titration, and MSLTs under supervision, focusing on accurate scoring and patient care.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires some travel to other locations, flexible hours, and a path toward RPSGT registration. You will annotate recordings, score studies, educate patients, and collaborate with the sleep team to deliver high-quality diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High School required.
• 0-1 year of polysomnography experience in a teaching hospital.
• Completion of the American Sleep Technologists Education Program (ASTEP).

Responsibilities

• Performs polysomnograms.
• CPAP titration with guidance; adjust levels as needed.
• Performs MSLTs (Multiple Sleep Latency Testing).
• Scores at least one study during the night shift following AASM guidelines.
• Annotates recordings thoroughly and logs patient data.
• Fills out patient history, tech report, billing and consent forms.
• Educates patients on Polysomnography, CPAP titration and MSLT.
