Job summary

Memorial Health in Tennessee is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist for on-site, PRN coverage. You will perform comprehensive sleep studies, score data, and provide patient education under supervision of the clinical director.

CPR certification and BRPT registration are required, with 1–3 years in polysomnography preferred. Responsibilities include calibrating equipment, applying sensors, maintaining reports, and ensuring data quality while supporting staff training as needed.

Qualifications

• Registration by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.
• Some college-level coursework is preferable.
• One to three years experience in polysomnography.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes patient information.
• Explains pre- testing, testing, and post-testing procedures to patient.
• Scores sleep/wake stages and clinical events per center protocols.
• Maintains documentation and data accuracy.
• Provides age-specific treatment, assessment, and education.
