Job summary

National Jewish Health in Denver seeks a Sleep Technologist (RPSGT/RRT-SDS) to join its leading sleep medicine team. You will perform overnight and daytime sleep studies, monitor data, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.

The role requires certification as an RPSGT or RRT-SDS, BLS, and at least 1 year of experience; HS or equivalent required with higher education preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as an RPSGT or RRT-SDS required. Must maintain credentialing.
• BLS required.
• 1 year work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality diagnostic sleep study testing to assist physician in diagnosis.
• Assists with preparing patients and collecting vital signs; documents results in EMR.
• Proficient with sleep software and EMR navigation.
• Operates and maintains sleep study equipment.
• Provides guidance to less experienced staff.
