Job summary

National Jewish Health is seeking a Sleep Technologist (RPSGT/RRT-SDS) to conduct overnight and daytime sleep studies, including polysomnography and titrations, in a collaborative Sleep Lab. The role focuses on accurate data collection, patient-centered care, and adherence to AASM/BRPT/AAST standards.

The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise in sleep medicine, BLS, and experience with sleep study software and EMR, supporting physicians and staff in an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certification as RPSGT or RRT-SDS required; maintain credentialing per AASM/BRPT/AAST
• BLS required.
• 1 year work experience preferred.
• HS or equivalent required; associates or bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight and daytime sleep studies including polysomnography and CPAP/BiPAP titrations.
• Monitor and evaluate sleep data to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Utilize sleep software and EMR to collect and analyze data.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals in an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients throughout their diagnostic process.
• Maintain current knowledge of sleep medicine standards and best practices.
