Job summary

National Jewish Health is seeking a Sleep Technologist (RPSGT/RRT-SDS) to perform overnight and daytime sleep studies, including polysomnography and titrations, in a collaborative clinical setting. You will monitor data, ensure precise data collection, and contribute to diagnostic and treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires BRPT/AAST-aligned duties, strong attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality patient care within a renowned sleep medicine program.

Qualifications

• Certification as Registered Polysomnography Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) is required.
• Certification as Registered Respiratory Therapist - Sleep Disorder Specialist (RRT-SDS) is required.
• BLS required and maintained per certifying bodies.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality diagnostic sleep study testing to assist physician in diagnosis per AASM/BRPT/AAST policies.
• Prepares patients for examination and collects vital signs and history as needed.
• Proficient in analysis of diagnostic sleep data and documentation in EMR.
• Maintains and operates sleep study equipment and software; supports quality improvement.
• Guides less experienced staff to ensure high-quality sleep studies.
