You will attach electrodes, monitor EEG and other sensors, operate polysomnograph equipment, and observe sleep patterns while recording relevant notes. Promptly alert the physician to any abnormal findings during the study.

Responsibilities

• Applies surface electrodes to patient's head and attaches sensors as requested by physician.
• Operates polysomnograph equipment to record brain activity and other physiological variables.
• Monitors patient via closed-circuit television during sleep study and records observations.
• Observes polysomnogram to recognize abnormal patterns and notifies physician if needed.
