Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to engage customers and close sales.
• Excellent communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattress products using the bedMATCH system and a proven process.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and return visits.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and upsell where appropriate.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS to complete transactions.
