Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales.
• Willingness to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress products using the company selling process.
• Assist customers with product selection and bedding solutions.
• Operate tablets and POS to complete sales and payments.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
