Mattress Warehouse Corporate in Mount Airy, NC seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will help customers select mattresses using the bedMatch diagnostic system, guide them through the product range, and close sales while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail hours including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• 4-5 day work week with 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.
