Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Typical 4–5 day work week; 40–55 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our consultative process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS during sales and transactions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
