Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattresses.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Proficient with tablets, POS, and bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our proven selling process.
• Assist customers in finding products with bedMatch and personalized recommendations.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving sleep quality.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete sales, manage transactions, and process orders.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
