• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and load mattresses onto vehicles.
• Comfort with using technology (tablets, POS, bedMatch) to assist customers.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on helpful, low-pressure shopping.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Guide customers through the shopping experience and assess needs.
• Explain features, benefits, and financing/discount options to drive selection.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
