Mattress Warehouse LLC in Totowa, NJ is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You’ll confidently sell premium bedding while delivering an engaging, low-pressure shopping experience.

The role requires a flexible retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds to load mattresses.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading purchases.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience for customers.
• Utilize tablets and POS to process transactions and assist customers.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide product recommendations.
