Qualifications

• Evenings, most holidays, and all weekends retail schedule.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

• Customer-focused, high energy and team-oriented.
• Willingness to load mattress purchases and reset showroom floor.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to customers.
• Confidently upsell and meet sales targets.
• Load purchases onto customers' vehicles and maintain showroom floor.
