Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our Chicago team. You will help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, provide excellent service, and work on a dynamic, team-focused sales floor.

Expect a retail schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive hourly wage or commission, incentives, 401(k) with employer match, and generous benefits including PTO and discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a clear and friendly manner.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers in selecting products to meet their sleep needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and stock showroom floor.
• Support customers with loading purchases and processing payments at POS.
• Participate in training and team meetings to drive store goals.
